The bridge took some of the soundboard wood with it. Needed some patching up
The bridge is twisted and unstable at the mid section due to its design.
The bridge has got enough wood to be shaped to fit the soundboard
Hence the need to strengthen with some wood shims
Walnut veneer shims being glued to the glue.
After that, much shaping and sanding
and glossy look is applied to make it look a finished bridge
Here the soundboard is being prepared, expanding the footprint to fit the bridge's
Perimeter enlarged but old glue needs to be removed carefully…
