From my experience, most if not all loose bindings were Martin guitars.
In this case, the bindings are thicker and stiff and were probably overly stretched
at the time of installation at the factory which the glue eventually gives way.
The only way is remove the whole binding and reglue them. This is tedious, if it's even possible.
So the repair was aborted. Anyway, here are some photos...
