The saddle is dent from string pressure, both from the top and bottom. The owner must have flip it around. In spite of this, the action is superb and surpringly, intonation was acceptable.
The saddle seemed to be a little low, as exposed by a guitar string, used as a shim!
Part of the bone at the tieblock was also missing.

Spruce surface was mostly damaged in many parts. The various dinks suggests the previous golpeador was probably installed after years of playing without one.
Much dried glue has to be removed...
