The owner had a new bridge (right) custom made, but wanted the tieblock mosaic to be transferred to the new bridge

More intricate removal of material to salvage the thin piece

Bridge removed. Wood fibers stucked to bridge causing nicks and dinks on the soundboard that needed to be filled and smoothened

After. The new flat-bottomed bridge was drastically radiused to fit that of the soundboard
