As can be seen here. Flattened out square to the saddle.

 Tail button was pushed in too deep due to larger hole than needed. The button was removed and shimmed for a tight fit at the right length.

Lowered action allow an easier right hand, taming this loud guitar at the same time.
All in all, it allows the owner to feel the instrument better.
